Firestone Complete Auto Care

I drive a longer distance and pass several other Firestone locations just to come to this one. The service advisors are knowledgeable, the mechanics are highly skilled, and I truly appreciate seeing familiar faces each and every time I visit. Miles and the entire crew are something special. A sincere thank you to Kenny for accommodating my request on my SUV today, and to Robuck for going above and beyond to make sure my sedan was well taken care of earlier this month. The service at this location is consistently solid. If you bring your vehicle here, you will not be disappointed!

This is the very best Firestone location I have ever used. The facility is clean, orderly, and has comfortable waiting areas. But what truly sets this location apart is the people who work there. Miles, Simeon, Brandon - - every employee I have ever encountered at the University Drive Durham NC location has been professional, skilled, attentive, and kind. They have performed many repairs on my aging car and I have always been informed every step of the way and the issues were clearly explained to me. I would go out of my way to take my car to this location for repairs.

I had my state inspection done here, and the experience was great. They accept walk-ins, so I didn’t need an appointment. I walked in, and the entire inspection was completed in less than 30 minutes. The price was very fair, and the process was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a state inspection.

Was in the area for a doctor appointment and a piece of my tire came off on the way. The guys at this Firestone were incredible!!! Handled my issue, got me a quote, had the tires in stock, and were able to get the tires replaced very quickly so I could make it to my appt. I highly recommend this location.

The alignment was done improperly causing the check engine and Stabilization Control lights to come on. I Brought the car back immediately and the tech that was there could not correct the problem. I wasn't about to risk causing a problem by driving the car, so I left it with them until the next day. I received no updates on my car all day. Finally I called them at 4 PM and learned that my car had not been worked on at all. They scrambled to get a tech to get to work on my car, and by the time I arrived at 5 PM, my car was ready. I met the manager, he was nice enough and he reimbursed me for the cost of the Uber I used to get to work, but he didn't seem one bit bother by the techs poor performance nor the inconvenience that the matter caused me. Simeon was the only employee who impressed me with his patience, professionalism, honesty, and respectful approach while dealing with customers. I watched him keep his cool and remain respectful and professional while dealing a customer who was upset and cussing. Listened attentively to that guy the same as he did with me and other customers.....he deserves a promotion! I don't trust the work that was done here, so I will have the work ch
